Leigha is a high producing Guernsey. She is currently milking around 100 pounds a day on twice a day milking. She peaked over 100 pounds this lactation and is now slowly declining a bit in production now that she is bred back for her next calf. As a high producer, she needs plenty of good food. We are currently feeding her a prime alfalfa and orchard grass baleage, 16% feed, and soaked beet pulp. If you are considering purchasing her, please be sure that you can meet her nutritional needs.

We purchased Leigha in the fall of 2023 when we needed more milk. We have had quite a few of our bred heifers calve and join our milking herd this year, so we are now overflowing with milk and advertising Leigha for sale.
